Benchmark Email provides Bad Service

Two months ago, I took unlimited plans from Benchmark Email for Email Marketing based on a monthly plan with 50k. After few days, they had suddenly changes the plans by saying that to delete and upload list after 7 days. Without any intimation they had done changes for plan. After I escalate the issue to the benchmark email team, they said that this new plan changes will not applicable to your plan which we provided. Now we will access the changes to your plan which expires within a month. Whenever I raised the issue, response from them is they had resolved the issue but, any changes don’t happen to the given plan. As per my experience, very poor service I received from them.
