Worst customer service E Bazzar – Non delivery of Sony Laptop

Hi,

I had booked a Sony Vaio PC f217hg/bi bl-premium black Laptop on 15th June 2016. At the time booking, they asked me to pay 25% of payment. They promised to deliver the LAPTOP within a week days.Now,it is 30th June,neither they have delivered nor have given a call regarding the delay.

Even they are not picking the Phone call also for enquiry. The name of their executive involved with this delivery is Junaid.He was the person ,who made all false promises.
I would request you to take some strong action against them.
