– SIM networks are un recognizable in the device

I purchased 4 sim mobile from I received it yesterday. After receiving product tested it with by putting SIM’s. But sim networks are unrecognizable in the device. I contacted naptol customer center people. They told me to do some sim settings in the mobile. But after that also not recognizing the sim network. Now I am complaining to take back the product and refund money back.
