My name is Manoj Kiran. I stay at SR Nagar Hyderabad in Sri Ganga Boys Hostel. I would like to complain about Hathway Internet connection. The internet service is very very poor and slow. From last two days the internet service is totally stopped. Even though wifi signal showing full points but not working. This happened many times. I have complained about this problem many times but every time they are coming and doing something. Then the same problem repeats. Please give customers good quality internet connection.
