Failed transaction -IRCTC

I am Sanjeev from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Today i.e. 15/05/2016 I was booking tickets using IRCTC online from Guntur to chennaiL LTT Express.
I used HDFC-ATM-CUM-Debit card for payment. The web page said processing and waiting for for a long time, but finally this page expired. I did not get a ticket or any useful information. It didn’t generate a PNR number. The amount OF 1200 has been deducted from my account. I request you to arrange for a refund to my account.
Please let me know what all the information you need to provide a refund.

    hai, Sanjeev the same problem was happened to me 2 months back.As of now I did n’t get my money back and I lost RS 457/- When I was booking ticket from Pune to Hyderabad………………..
