Hi, I am Naveed and I use Aircel sim. Yesterday I got a message from Aircel regarding 30p/min call cost offer. Then I made recharge with 28 rupees/- support card. But my call cost was not changed yet. It takes nearly 1 rupee/min while I am calling and because of this latest support card I have lost my continuing offer also.
There is no response from the customer care service person.
